Mr. Daley has worked in public accounting since 1979. He spent seven years with the international CPA firms of Ernst & Young and Peat, Marwick, Main & Co. His practice with SND Partners LLP focuses primarily on tax consulting and planning for closely held businesses and their owners. His industry experience includes real estate partnerships, including tax credit partnerships, health care, professional service corporations, leasing, and nonprofit institutions.
Mr. Daley also has a law degree and is a member of the California State Bar. He has taught income taxation at California State University, Hayward and in the graduate tax program at Golden Gate University in San Francisco, and is the author of the latter school’s course on the taxation of S corporations. He has spoken throughout the country at tax seminars and has written numerous articles on tax matters.
In addition to a law degree from the University of California, Berkeley (Boalt Hall) and graduate degree in taxation from the University of Southern California, Mr. Daley holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Princeton University. He is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the taxation sections of State Bar of California and the American Bar Association.
