Ms. Chan began her public accounting career in 2007 with SND Partners LLP. She has been involved primarily with providing audit services for rental real estate properties that are controlled by TCAC, RHCP, HUD and CalHFA including the performance of over 25 TCAC and HUD Cost Certification Audits.
Ms. Chan holds a bachelor’s degree in managerial economics from the University of California, Davis. She is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
