Mr. Persons has worked in public accounting since 1979. He spent seven years with the international CPA firm Alexander Grant & Co. His practice with SND Partners LLP focuses primarily on tax consulting and planning for closely held businesses; real estate partnerships, including tax credit partnerships; professional service corporations; and nonprofit institutions.
Mr. Persons has a bachelor’s degree from California State University, Hayward in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in both California and Hawaii and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
