Ms. Fairley began her public accounting career in 2008 with SND Partners LLP. She has been primarily involved with delivering a full range of tax services for a variety of clients including partnerships, nonprofit entities, corporations and individuals. She has also provided audit and review services for rental real estate properties that are controlled by TCAC, HCD, HUD and CalHFA.
Ms. Fairley holds a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities, Carlson School of Management. She is a Certified Public Accountant as well as a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is also accredited under the Novogradac Property Compliance Certification (NPCC).
